These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the website [www.thesqent.nl] (hereinafter: “the Website”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Sales Information

The products on the Website are sold by The Sqent, located at Leenderweg 265, 5643 AJ Eindhoven, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 97047252, VAT number NL867889111B01.

The Sqent supplies exclusively to consumers (end users). We reserve the right to refuse orders that are clearly placed for business or professional purposes.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices on the Website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately during the checkout process.

Payment is possible via:

  • iDeal

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Apple Pay

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

3. Delivery and Availability

Orders are shipped subject to product availability. Should a product be out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. In such a case, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full purchase amount.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

4. Right of Return (Right of Withdrawal)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

➤ Exception:
For hygienic reasons, products whose seal has been broken or that have been opened/used cannot be returned. All our products are delivered sealed.

➤ Conditions for return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging;

  • Return requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days via info@thesqent.com;

  • The costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

A model withdrawal form can be requested by email.

5. Liability

The Sqent is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage resulting from improper use of the product. Our products comply with the laws and regulations applicable in the Netherlands. Customers outside the Netherlands are responsible for compliance with the legislation in their own country.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website – including texts, images, logos, and product descriptions – is protected by intellectual property rights. Use or reproduction without prior written consent from The Sqent is not permitted.

7. Personal Data

Personal data collected through the Website is used solely for order processing and customer service. We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our privacy policy for more information.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

9. Amendments to the Terms

The Sqent reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms apply only to orders placed after the publication of the revised version on the Website.
