Orders & Shipping

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders, worldwide. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 16:00 CET are typically dispatched the same business day. Delivery times vary by region and are displayed at checkout.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe and verified delivery.

The Sqent Fragrance Diffuser

How does the diffuser work?
Our fragrance diffusers use passive diffusion — scent is released gradually through the wooden cap and cord. No electricity, flame, or spray is required.

How long does one diffuser last?
Each diffuser remains active for approximately 8 weeks, depending on room size, temperature, and humidity.

Where can I use it?
The Sqent Fragrance Diffuser is designed for calm, contained spaces. It fits beautifully in wardrobes, bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, nurseries, and other intimate areas.

Can I use it in my car?
Yes, the diffuser can be used in your car. Hang it securely from the rearview mirror or place it upright in a stable position to allow for gentle and consistent scent diffusion.

Does it contain alcohol or harsh solvents?
No. Our formula is plant-based, VOC-compliant, and free from alcohol or aggressive solvents.

Refills & Reuse

Can I refill the diffuser?
Yes. The Sqent Fragrance Diffuser is designed for refill use. Once the fragrance has fully evaporated, you can easily refill the bottle with a new scent. Refills are available through our website.

How do I refill my diffuser?
Remove the wooden cap, carefully refill with your chosen fragrance, replace the cap securely, and follow the activation steps provided in our usage guide.

Safety & Care

Is the diffuser safe for sensitive environments or nurseries?
Yes. We offer allergen-free diffusers within our Allergen-Free Collection, suitable for use in baby rooms, calm spaces, or environments that require a gentle fragrance.

Can I place the diffuser on any surface?
We recommend keeping it upright and avoiding direct contact with porous materials such as untreated wood, textiles, or painted surfaces.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, sealed with the transparent cap, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5 business days via your original payment method.
