At The Sqent, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. No explanation required.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to let us know you would like to return one or more items.
Simply email info@thesqent.com with your name, order number, and the items you wish to return.
We’ll guide you through the process and ensure a smooth experience.

Return Conditions

As our collection consists of fragrance products, certain hygiene and quality guidelines apply.
We can only accept returns for products that are:

  • Unused and unopened

  • Complete with the original transparent seal cap (attached to the bottle upon delivery)

  • In their original packaging

The transparent seal cap confirms that the product has not been opened or used.
If the cap has been removed or damaged, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

Please note:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for safe return

How to Return

  1. Submit your return request
    Email info@thesqent.com with your name, order number, and the items you wish to return.

  2. Receive return instructions
    You’ll receive a confirmation email with the return address and shipping guidelines.

  3. Prepare and ship your parcel
    Pack the item securely (preferably in the original shipping box) and include your order number. Send the parcel to the provided address.

  4. Refund
    Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within five business days to your original payment method.
